What do I do if I lose my K Ring, or if it’s stolen?

If you’ve lost your K Ring (but think you might find it again), log into your account at mykring.com, go to Devices and simply switch it off. This means your ring cannot be used to make a transaction. If you find it again, just switch it on again in the same way.

If your K Ring has been stolen, or if you don’t think you’re likely to find it again, call our Lost and Stolen hotline right away and we will permanently block your ring. Please note that this is irreversible, and that you will then have to buy a new K Ring, even if you eventually retrieve the one you’ve lost. Once your ring has been reported lost or stolen, you will not be liable for any fraudulent transactions made by a third party.
