How to request your PIN

How to request your PIN

You should not generally be required to enter a PIN for any transaction in the UK with your K Ring, but you may be required to do so abroad.

To request your PIN:
  1. Log into your account at mykring.com

  2. Go to Devices

  3. Click the Send me my PIN by SMS button

You should receive your PIN within seconds, in a text message sent to the mobile phone registered to your account.

Please note that if you have multiple K Rings, you will need to request a separate PIN for each, even if they are linked to the same account.

For security purposes, if you enter an incorrect PIN four consecutive times, your PIN will be blocked and you should contact Customer Services to unblock it.

Once you have memorised your PIN, please delete the SMS from your phone. Do not store your PIN in a way that associates it with your K Ring.
