How to link K Ring to your ABN AMRO card

Before we can dispatch your K Ring, you MUST link it to your ABN AMRO card. You can complete this process either at the time of purchase or at a later date.

Linking your ABN AMRO card during the purchase process

  1. At the end of the purchase process (or redemption of a gift voucher), ABN AMRO customers will reach the Payment confirmation screen; when you reach this screen, select the View my orders button

  2. When prompted, log in to your account on myKring.com using the email address you used for your purchase

    1. If this is your first time logging in to myKring.com, you'll receive an email asking you to set your password; click the link in the email to set your new password, then continue to point 3 below

  3. At the Welcome screen, select My Orders

  4. In the Action column on the far right, select the Link card button next to the ring you'd like to link to your ABN AMRO card; please note:

    1. If it says "Personalised" here (instead of "Link card") then the ring has already been linked and no further action is required

    2. If there is no "Link card" button in the Action column, check the product SKU; it should start with MDS but if it starts with PPM, you've ordered a ring for linking to a prepaid Mastercard, which CANNOT be linked to your ABN AMRO card. Please contact us to change this.

  5. Enter your ABN AMRO card details

    1. Some details such as email and address will be pre-populated, but you can change these

    2. If you do not have your ABN AMRO card PAN number when prompted, select the ABN AMRO option then select the link to take you to the ABN AMRO website to retrieve your PAN number

    3. At the end of this process, you can return to the My Orders page to check that the status of your ring has been updated to "Personalised"

Once you have successfully liked your K Ring to your ABN AMRO account we will dispatch it to you.


Linking your ABN AMRO card at a later date

  1. When prompted, log in to your account on myKring.com using the email address you used for your purchase

    1. If this is your first time logging in to myKring.com, you'll receive an email asking you to set your password; click the link in the email to set your new password, then continue to point 2 below

  2. At the Welcome screen, select My Orders

  3. In the Action column on the far right, select the Link card button next to the ring you'd like to link to your ABN AMRO card; please note:

    1. If it says "Personalised" here (instead of "Link card") then the ring has already been linked and no further action is required

    2. If there is no "Link card" button in the Action column, check the product SKU; it should start with MDS but if it starts with PPM, you've ordered a ring for linking to a prepaid Mastercard, which CANNOT be linked to your ABN AMRO card. Please contact us to change this.

  4. Enter your ABN AMRO card details

We do not store your ABN AMRO card details when linking your K Ring
